SaudiGulf Airlines provides two classes of travel:
Business First Cabin - The wide leather seats allows passengers to relax during their time onboard and dine from the exquisite meal selection and unwind with the in-flight entertainment.
Economy Class - The Economy seats have plenty of legroom which now only adds to the comfort of the passenger but also lets them relax. Guests can also enjoy internet services which can be purchased onboard. Baggage allowance
Economy class passengers are allowed 7kg free baggage allowance for hand luggage and 35kgs for checked-in luggage.
Business First cabin passengers are allowed 10kg free baggage allowance for hand luggage and 40kgs for checked-in luggage.

SaudiGulf Club is the Frequent Flyer Programme which allows guests to use SaudiGulf Miles which can be redeemed for free flight tickets, lounge access, extra baggage allowance and a range of other options. In-flight Services
SaudiGulf's Concierge Service provides the customer with special assistance from arrival to departure. In-flight entertainment allows guests to unwind with the latest blockbusters and games for children. The screen also reminds passengers of prayer time and also provides direction of Qibla. OnAir internet provides travellers access to various data packs according to the requirement. Domestic Flights - Passengers can check-in online 36 hrs to 3 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.
