The owner is very warm and welcoming. She made our stays very pleasant. The location is convenient to downtown and the bus station.

I don't understand this properties high rating. The lady who runs it is pleasant, but is dishonest billing. They don't accept card payments and require to pay the tourist tax even if you have pdi that exempts. She only accepts the booking price if paid in cash us dollars. Which is absolutely not clear or legal. She claims it is tax rules, but it is a lie. The only property that operates like this as confirmed by three other hotels I stayed. The room is clean and the breakfast is standard.

We had a great stay at Casa Lucy! We stayed here before and after doing the W Trek. Lucy made us feel right at home, and we were able to keep our luggage there while we were hiking. Lucy even made sure we had breakfast early the morning before we left for our hike. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the bed was super comfy! It is also located less than 10 minutes from the bus stop, so we were able to walk there to get our bus into to Torres del Paine. Also in walking distance of the center of town where all the shops and restaurants are. Overall an excellent place to stay as a base for visiting Torres del Paine!

Everything I hoped it would be at a reasonable price. Definitely not the Ritz but comfortable
