Our first room didn’t have AC and was uncomfortable. Was told to open the window, but it couldn’t be opened even by staff. The room was unclean with dust buildup behind nightstands. Carpet had dust buildup around the edges adjacent to baseboards. Finally had to move to a different room, which was okay.
