Great location close to Ito Station with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Check-in was quick and the staff were very friendly. Our room was large and comfortable. The lobby looks modern as the hotel is being renovated. The onsen facilities were excellent — both public and private baths, and we were lucky that they weren’t crowded. Water, tea, and basic items were provided, and we brought our own amenities as the hotel doesn’t supply toothbrushes or razors. Breakfast was very good with mostly Japanese dishes. Overall, a very relaxing stay with a nice mix of ryokan atmosphere and modern comfort. We’d gladly come back.
