Although small, the room was clean and had a great layout. The small table and patio were unexpected but fantastic. The shared bathrooms were immaculate, and there's enough of them that I never had to wait or try more than two to find one available. The location is extremely convenient, being right across the Botanic Gardens and easy walk to places like Riverside Market.
