Very disappointing stay and far below InterContinental standards. From the first day, there were repeated electrical and telephone outages in both rooms I booked. Despite multiple complaints, the problem was acknowledged but never resolved during my stay. There is also a misleading booking issue. The website allows guests to select two single beds, but after booking the confirmation states the bed type is “subject to availability.” In reality, this option was never available and affected multiple guests, not just me. Overall, the service and facilities do not represent the InterContinental brand. This was my first and last stay at this property.
