Where to begin? The reception was ok. You really don't get any information on them they are not very helpful. The rooms are very large. But they did not really clean the toilet and they did not change sheets for the 6 nights we stayed. They just provide water and toilet papers. The water from the shower and to brush your teeth is salty. Very uncomfortable. The ladies at the breakfast room were all nice anf friendly but the breakfast was not worth it. It was so basic. The fact that they did not bother to notify us that the swimming pool is close. We are allowed to swim at Krabi resort but the pool there was very dirty also. This hotel is not really a good value for your money. The pathway to the rooms were dark and the outside toilet was very dirty and smelled dirty. The pictures they shown are not the reality you see. Very misleading. It is like an abandoned place. Better pay a little more and booked another hotel until they finished renovation. It was very sad, we payed and we just want to have a relaxed vacation, we waited a whole year for this vacation. But this is what we got. The location is very good though. It ia in the middle of Ao Nang. The cleaning and the restaurant staffs are very nice. That'why im giving a 5 not a 3.
