I loved the relaxing atmosphere, the vastness of the spaces, the nice and hard-working staff. The spa was also nice, but I loved especially the lobby dining, the live music, and the most artistic and zen looking turtle pool. What I didn't like was the limited time in the spa for kids, and the unavailability of the outdoor pools.
