I accidentally left a Bluetooth speaker and sweater, called the Next day. They said that they would put them up, drove down from Butler Pennsylvania 3 weeks later and again 2 weeks after that, not only didn't they have my belongings, but the girl working the Front desk walked away while I was talking to her but gave me major attitude because she had to get off of her cellphone. Honestly she should be fired, because if you check the hotel records, whenever I come to my hometown (Hagerstown) I've stayed at Country Inn and Suites since 2017.
