I stay at this particular hotel every month for work. After my stay last month which was the worst in almost four years, I was ready to change my hotel preference. Colleen was excellent. She put me in an awesome room that had a view of the river and was quiet. She more than made up for my last stay and would recommend her for any customer service concerns for your company.
